Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of LeadBell AI.

These Terms apply when you use LeadBell AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
LeadBell AI is an AI chatbot for your website that answers visitor questions, captures leads and takes appointment requests. The service is currently in beta, so features may change and occasional issues may occur.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login details safe, and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use LeadBell AI lawfully. You will not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, use it to send spam, or collect information you do not have the right to collect. You are responsible for the content you add and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including informing your website visitors about the chatbot and obtaining any consent required.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the business content you add. You grant us the permission needed to use that content to operate the service for you.
5. AI answers
The chatbot generates answers based on the information you provide. Answers may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing how your chatbot responds.
6. Plans, trial and billing
Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After that, plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Cashfree. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Service "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadBell AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Your responsibility
You agree to cover us for any claims or losses that arise from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version here.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
