1. Information we collect

• Account details you give us — your name, email, phone number and business information when you sign up.
• Content you add to set up your chatbot — your services, prices, timings, FAQs and similar business details.
• Chat data — conversations between your website visitors and your chatbot, including any details a visitor chooses to share (such as their name, phone number or enquiry).
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor, Cashfree. We do not store your full card details.
• Basic usage data — such as device and log information and cookies, used to run and improve the service (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use your information

We use it to provide and run your chatbot, capture and show you the leads it collects, process payments, provide support, keep the service secure, improve it, and send you service-related messages.

3. Visitor and chat data

When you use LeadBell AI on your website, we process the chat data on your behalf so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for the business information you add, and for letting your website visitors know a chatbot is in use and collecting the details they share.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run LeadBell AI — for example, cloud hosting, the AI provider that powers the chatbot, and our payment processor, Cashfree — or where we are required to by law. These providers process the data only to provide their service to us.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing support@leadbellai.com from your registered email address.

8. Children

LeadBell AI is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
