We want you to be happy with LeadBell AI. Here's how trials, cancellations and refunds work.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try LeadBell AI before you pay.
2. 7-day money-back on your first payment
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of being charged. Just email us from your registered email address.
3. After that
Beyond the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@leadbellai.com from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Cashfree, usually within 5–7 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where an account has breached our Terms of Service.
